Sometimes the client cashes and completely shut down and I'm handed this BS time penalty. I did not write the program nor did I do anything wrong. Your program needs to detect client crashes and fix this. If it happens again then I'm handed a longer penalty and so on.
The same thing happened to me. Sometimes my game crash when it is loading and sometime after i accept queue. It happened just now. I checked internet and all was running, except LOL. After I logged again, i got penalty...

if it allowed client crashed to "cheat" the dodge penalty, then there wouldn't be a dodge penalty because everyone would just abuse the loophole
i have had games crash all day on my pc I cant get into any games I have done everything from update my drivers to reinstalling the game and still nothing I cant get into any custom game or normal game
