Unable to Login and Tels me I'm Still In a Game When it Does randomly connect

Was just in a game and when done it hung on presenting stats. I clicked the quit waiting for stats and was then stuck saying I'm still assigned to a game and could not join any game. Waited 10 minutes with the same result. Logged out and now can't log back in. Seems like the same story every day. This issue that issue please fix. I don't see any message about this. Worst servers in gaming history and I've played WOW.
