What do ADC mains here do when they get lux support?

I started playing adc for the first time, mainly only vayne and I got lux support for the first time and I hear it is so bad from everyone here so I'm like "how bad can it be?" Holy shit I've never been so pissed off in my life. All the cs steal and ulting waves of cs, it was so hard not to go ballistic. So now in lobby I kindly say "please pick any support but her". Last game I had to pick a troll ad vik with smite so someone would dodge because they were picking lux no matter what.

Lux support is not bad if your support is not bad.

Saying lux support is bad because she stole cs and shoved wave non-stop would be like saying every support in bronze and silver is bad. People just don't understand their champ is all.

A good lux support will land noooiiiiice snares m8, for you to follow up on, she will zone the enemy with E without shoving the wave, and she will shield you with W whenever the need is there.

The only un-supportish thing about her is her ult. Its good to kill... thats it, so I guess she can secure running kills, other than that, its just damage.

yeah she is a great support. I go 1/0/5 while she gets all the kills.

oh sorry. yeah well she was better then usual but that was because she was in a higher elo then everyone else though so she wasn't half brain dead.

I suspect you'll see similar results from any Lux Support that's not just playing her because she got a new skin.

Whenever I end up against a Lux, and she has the Elementalist skin, you can bet your ass it is going to be a nice bot for us (unless my ADC is a moron) because you KNOW the enemy player wanted mid to try out their fancy new skin but got auto-filled as Support.

Lux is a GREAT support... Shield, Slow, and Root, none of which is on her R. Her ult, well she can clean up you let go...

If they can't play lux support i don't think any support would really work with them to be honest.

Lux support isn't bad if you know general bot lane mechanics like how to properly use the level 2 spike and how to prep minions under tower.

I played few ranked games with my friend. He told me to go bot with him, he will play support. He picked Lux. We won 3 times while he was playing Lux support, demolishing enemy bot lane. She is fine as long as you are versatile, you have to adjust your gameplay to her, since she will damage your creeps no matter what, but she will laso poke the enemy. If you make enemy low enought, they will just go back or end up dead. Enjoy your cs advantage after that. Also, someone running away from you with 5 HP? no problem, Lux got it!

This happened to me as well during a match. Then I had to deal with the lux bragging how she had more C's than the adc....

She also never picked up any support items, so I assumed it was a troll

But yeah, if I see a Lux support, I groan

You hope they're a lux sup main and not someone who only knows how play play mid lux and are trying to force that style into support.

Lux support can be fine (albeit basically a worse morg), but it needs to be played as support lux. Lux sup is frequently played as if she was lux mid though, and that's why lux support tends to have a bad rep.

That said, at the elo where lux sup played as lux mid is common, people will end up playing everything as a carry since that elo is basically just nonstop fighting no matter what the vision or number advantages are like.
