We literally destroyed him hard in lane janna and lucian bot lane , then late game he killed our fed af zed in 0.5 second the only one who was able to destroy him at that part of the game
Yep thx for the balanced champ . REwork him pls or delete him he is worse than teemo , you can't reach him if they have a braum and grag peeling him like shit what is his counterplay then ? a tank dies to around 2 seconds vs him , Lb is his counterplay ? burst dammage ? nope with that range and peeling you can barely reach him + he kills you before you reach him. and yep because im a silver noob i will get downvoted to death because obv everything that low elo players say is wrong .

The counter-play is baiting out his W and then engaging once it's on cooldown.

That or using a poke-disengage team and refusing to fight him head-on.

Kog is strongest against all-ins. He wants you to try to go toe to toe with him, because that's a fight he wins.

His W has a seven second cooldown unless he's running and CDR build (which he typically doesn't). That's plenty of time.

Hard CC and burst same as any any ADC. 1 shot him with Veigar. Malphite ult Vi Ult Jarvan flag drag ult. Lux Combo. Long distance Ashe Arrow into hard engage. Rengar jumping out of stealth and bursting. LB From Fog of war. Syndra combo Leona ult WW ult Malz ult....Get the idea?

Someone with a faster burst would do better against Kog. While Zed has the burst to take Kog down, it needs to proc after 2-3 seconds. At Max AS, this is enough for Kog to land 10 Auto Attacks on Zed.

A Talon or a Kha'Zix would probably be a better pick in that situation.

7 seconds cd on W unless he runs cdr, the key is when yo dump on him early you finish out the game lol. Look at other champ combos twitch with peel like janna to add AD to 850 range ulti is worse imo and i only play kog on my smurf

His counter play is to not let him stand still in his window of power basically. That's usually it. Don't play into a champion where he wants to be. Kog'Maw is squishy as all get out. It's surprising a Zed died so fast without being able to kill Kog'Maw. Sounds like there was a poor choice for initiation or flank. However, he's immobile, and super squishy. That's his weakness. Get on top of him with an assassin or diver, and you should be able to kill him especially if you have a CC. A Kog'Maw super late game is supposed to do a lot. That's his deal. Like he should be weak early (I don't know about that right now). He takes a lot to get rolling, and to do his damage he has to stand absolutely still. Hence the term "Protect the Kog'Maw comp"

Kog has been in this same spot for months, hes just fotm right now and everyone is screaming OP. he is a late game hypercarry...HYPERCARRY... he is designed by nature to tear through people at that stage in the game and hes going to do just that if teams just keep trying to face check him. bait the W, engage when its on CD, nuke him, CC him, if his team is peeling then you have to get your team to also coordinate to take him down.
