How do you show skill expression in .6 seconds?

GigglesO··13 votes·938 views

I mean I would love to show my skill expression, but pressing two buttons and killing someone in .6 seconds doesn't show that I have skill.

It also doesn't show skill expression from the enemy when I die that fast.

I too like to be as vague as possible.

I mean we are in the season of one shotting the enemy.

It’s rare that one champ can do this In the time you gave unless over fed. This is often a combination of champions, which is working as intended.

GigglesO4 votes

So you are telling me every champion is working as intended? Oh boy...

Nahui2 votes

I’m saying no champion can do what you described unless wildly ahead, in which case they’re working as intended.

The only possibility is stoneplate cho feast or Zoe Q.

In explaining your first point, you have succeeded in creating a second point that you are entirely vague about.

Sorry, I don't know how I could be more like Riot. Maybe you could help?

Not vague enough, try again.

Oh boy another one of these.

If you're gonna be purposefully vague, I'm gonna have to pull out my detective hat.

Usually, this type of thread is made to vent immediately after getting shit-stomped.

Two games fit the bill.

Mordekaiser 9/9/5 (defeat) Blitzcrank 0/7/5 (defeat)

Nobody in the Blitzcrank game can 100-0 a Blitzcrank in 0.6 seconds, even with a build that bad. Tristana was fed, but even she takes longer than that.

So, the Mordekaiser game. Full tank support Mordekaiser.

The enemy has Heimerdinger Pantheon Akali Xayah Braum .

First off, I find it highly unlikely that you were killed in 0.6 seconds. Even though I think you're talking out your ass, I'll humor you.

You had a item 3190. You had Morde W.

0.6 seconds is plenty of time to activate locket and double tap W. You're complaining about how there was no room to express your skill when in actuality you just lacked skills to express.

In that lineup, every one of those big burst threats telegraphs that they're going to burst you. Unless you facechecked a deathbush (which would be your own damn fault), you had time to anticipate the incoming burst.

Even if you were stunned for the entirety of that 0.6 seconds, you would have known before then that you were about get bursted and had time to use your goddamn locket.

Ok, I'll give you that I lived for 1.2 seconds, but what about my poor teammates?

Bârd2 votes

Chogath ruptures at his feet as the assailant jumps him. He'll survive the burst since he's tanky, so he just has to walk away with the CC. Hecarim either presses W and lets his allies heal him by nuking the assailant or he just ults out. Shaco has an I-frame on his ult, as well as Q, Hourglass, and his boxes. KogMaw has you. You have Morde W and locket. He can't do much aside from keeping a distance and popping heal. Protecting Kog is the job of his support.

See thats the thing, there isn't enough time for the casttime of rupture to even land. Same with hec ulti unless you are literally mashing buttons and hoping to get lucky. Cho did die in under 1 second.

  1. That all depends on how well Cho anticipates. If the knockup hits as they jump on him, he gets the stun/slow, can silence, and can run.
  2. Cho built item 3285 item 3152 item 3020 item 3143. He died in the hole he built himself into. He had little HP, little armor, and zero MR. If he wasn't building horribly, there is no way he would die that fast barring the fountain.
  3. Unless Hec facechecked a death bush (which would be his own damn fault), he would have had time to see the enemy coming. If he wasn't stunned in that 1.2 seconds, he should be able to ult away easily. Even if they tried, Hec is unstoppable during his ult so he had an opportunity to ult away during the travel time of Panth W or Heim E.

You ever see tank cho walk into a fountain? 3 seconds to kill minimum.

Yaśuo Main1 votes

If Chogath of ALL champions was being a normal tanky bastard then he did not die in under one second from full health, unless he was building glass cannon or something that made him not tanky at all.

GigglesO1 votes

Did you even see all of his ap?

Yaśuo Main1 votes

Yeah, and his build was really bad. So mentioning him dying under a second is a point if he was actually building tank.

if you wont to show your micro skill, play an assassin and oneshot a squishy mage

if you want to show your macro skill, win the game

But using one ability to kill someone isn't skill, its literally "I pressed it first and louder".

I feel like everyone is literally running around.

"loud Noises" "Why are we yelling" "LOUD NOISES"

i would be happy to have this problem... item 3070 Ahri item 3070

(btw you are right >.<)

You also mean land a lucky skillshot, proceed to mash all the buttons in strict order, and call that "skill expression"?

That's been a thing ever since tank supports existed.

In Korea 0.6 seconds is enough to have build your Starcraft base, writing the code for Windows 12 and animating the newest Spongebob episode
