A Proper Tank-busting item

I have an award-winning idea to fix the issue where tanks don't die fast enough, after this there won't be any more complaints and our ADC overlords will finally have total control!

The LAW Consumable item, maximum of one per person

Unique Active: Fires a Anti-rocket at enemy tank dealing ((100% of Ability Power + Enemy's Armor + Magic Resist + 30% of Enemy Max Health) or (200% of Attack Damage + Enemy's Armor + Magic Resist + 30% of Enemy Max Health)) as true damage. Also increases enemy targets damage taken from All sources by 20% for 1 minute. This item cannot be used on targets who are not actual tanks or bruisers.

Cost: 1000 gold

IT IS... THE LAW!

So that's the solution for Tanks and the much hated Bruisers, Riot hire me plz!

hmm are you stupid? since when the tanks are go "Buffed"? because the only tank item that is in the game is the jungle tank item...all other items are still useless...

And L.W and V.S still melt and ignore 10k of armor or mr values...

So yeah we dont need any item
