Not with Vayne 's true dmg, %hp dmg and press the attack XD. Hell she can even take lethal tempo and just do her 3rd hit burst even faster.

because its not runes that are the issue, its vayne and half of the other adcs who can abuse them so well

they are making thornmail even weaker soon, its all good, gonna lower that nice 15 damage on bramble down to 3.5, can't have any effect on the way to thornmail to help against these adcs, but hey, at least yasuo dropped off the map, amirite?

its not the damage, its the sustain thats bs, marksmen have become tanks :/ the only way to kill them is to oneshot with assasins .-.

i can tell you, i play sup alot and i play zyra as sup, before the new runes i could kill marskmen by ulting my flowers on them, now they solo my ulted flowers :/

its not the damage, its the sustain and penetration, mots builds nowadays are nothing but either atk speed lifesteal, or full penetration @.@

riot needs to remove ad pen, simple as that. and nerf sustain.

Yeah i hate when an adc can buy item 3147 and burst me like an assassin. Also i think it has a lot to do with item 3031 item 3087 item 3094 item 3085 item 3046 having been reduced in cost so now adcs can hit dmg spikes far earlier in the game and getting only a few kills now does way more in itemization for them.

i mean everything is doing stupid amounts of damage atm. It's not just ADCs. Tanks are doing stupid amounts of damage yet they themselves aren't tanky at all. Mage supports are doing ridiculous amounts of damage as well. You can look at almost every single champion in every single role and you will see them doing way more damage than they should

This is true. Before the Aery nerfs i did most dmg on both teams as full ap Sona support. Lux Support still does stupid amounts of dmg. And i saw an enemy Teemo top do over 83,000dmg (not even joking) while everyone else in the game was below 37,000.
