Any changes to Mordekaiser?

For quite a long time now I've noticed Mordekaiser's performance has been steadily falling - pretty much ever since the new runes were introduced to the game. Before patch 7.22 his winrate was at about 50% and overall most Morde players admitted he was in an okay spot and I always agreed with that notion. But as time passed I have been having more difficulties to actually... well... Do anything during matches. And one quick look at Champion.gg confirms that it's not just me having a hard time winning: https://i.imgur.com/DhwG2Wi.png Mordekaiser's winrate is falling, so is his pickrate. (47.81% win ratio) Currently he is at 52nd out of 52 ranks in overall role placement based on performance. His average KDA is 4.68 / 6.07 / 5.67. And one can see no buffs or changes on the horizon. I was never the one to ask for buffs, but this is bothering me. Is there anything in store for Mordekaiser, or will we have to wait for his rework...? ... After all he must be somewhere there, after Irelia, Aatrox, Akali, Nunu, Kayle&Morgana, etc.
