Some suggestions for changes to crit
Crit nowadays reminds me of armour pen before it became known as lethality, it gives a lot of raw power which can be achieved fairly easily nowadays. Especially since you made crit items cheaper during the Mage update I believe.
A recommendation I would make would be to have it scale with the opponent's level like the way lethality does.
Also shiv needs a bit toning down, it gives a lot of burst to champs that aren't really meant to have it.
