No one buys hunter's talisman as a starter for jungler

i find machete better than talisman for almost every jungler kha zix with machete is better than kha zix with talisman yet they recommend you talisman instead of machete as a starting item ? same for xin zhao or yi and shyvana and alot more junglers either buff talisman or make machete as a recommended starter item instead of
edit : but i suggest you should buff talisman cause machete is better than it in everything
