Why Vladimir is allowed to have 4000 hp with 800 ap ? It's not fair...
Vladimir regen is fine but his dmg is brainless...
His Q is targeted, you can't dogde it.
His E is not really easy to dogde.
His W keep him safe, the most unfair thing about this spell is the fact that he can E W and still have the E dealing dmg which i think is stupid.
His ulti is not really possible to dogde...
So, pls, nerf his dmg. Having 4000 hp and dealing big dmg with short CD while regenering and being safe isn't a thing that should exist.
Vladimir isn't a burst mage. Tune down his dmg pls, i don't care if you buff his healing or tankiness but 4000 hp and 800 ap is horrible. Even Morello don't help you vs this.
Nerf his passive maybe, building only AP and still having 4000 hp like i said is unfair.
Don't forget that a mage like Lux will always be squishy if she is building only AP while Vladimir can have a large pool of HP.
Nerf Vladimir dmg and maybe buff his healing or reduce his CD but pls, reduce the dmg. It's too much. Especially from something you can't dogde.
