Perfect Timing should upgrade your commencing stopwatch at 10 minutes.

Magical Footwear gives you moderately better boots at 10 minutes.

Conditioning gives you stats at 10 minutes.

Transcendance gives you CDR at level 10.

Perfect Timing gives you a stop watch at... 6 minutes. Not only does it not match the rest of the runes, it gives too much power too early in the game.

The earlier time is due to the weaker gain of the rune. If they were to nerf it as you suggest, they would also need to buff its effect to compensate.

It gives a one-time-use 2.5 second stasis. If you aren't baiting it, then it's entirely on you for your failure.

It also gives a 300 gold discount on the relevant items. This allows you to get those items earlier, but you still have to recall and purchase them manually, which gives your opponents a window of opportunity.

Not sure if trolling or serious

ikr someone gets a 1 time use item and then everybody thinks that the person is unkillable after they use it

It also reduces the cooldown on the items it builds into (item 3193 item 3026 item 3157 and item 3090) by 15%. It doesn't seem like much, but having these items up more often can actually be pretty damned useful imo.

yeah but most people are complaining about the first effect of it so that's what i'm focusing on

"Weaker Gain"

What?

Perfect Timing blows every other rune of its type out of the water in terms of raw value.

Magical Footwear is worth 470 gold in total. You get free boots (worth 300 gold), and additional 10 movement speed (worth 120 gold), and a 50 gold discount on the upgrade.

Conditioning is worth 304 gold before the % resistance increase.

Transcendence is worth 266 gold, plus an unknown amount from the overflow.

Perfect Timing is worth 840-900 gold. You get 600 gold worth of value off the stopwatch for free. If you sell the stopwatch, you make 240. If you upgrade it, you save 300.

There's a reason Perfect Timing almost always taken in competitive; it's more valuable than any of the other "value" runes, with a shorter delay than any of the others.
