He does what most people don't do! Yes he is ugly AF, but when you get his damage items and that CD, he literally just melts people with his E alone. I've killed soo many people who flashed away thinking his Q doesnt lock on to them. (I play him top lane though.) You can't really dive him, You really don't need to depend on your junglar and if so he makes greatness from his ultimate.

if a Sin jumps on your squishies you can ult them away but personally I like that they are still target-table while being suppressed. My all time favorite is when a Teemo is in a bush with no hp thinking he can hide from me and all you gotta do is throw one E. Sure you can walk away, but it's more fun to just throw that Q at him and casually walk away like a Boss o.o.
