Can Riot Compromise? Instead of a seperate solo que, have a seperate 5 man que (not ranked teams)

Riot has made their arguments about why they don't want to have a "solo que" but despite all the backlash hasn't tried to find any ways to listen to the community and accommodate people in other ways. No one wants to play alone against a full team of 5 and no one wants to be the 5th person in a pre made of 4.

If solo que isn't going to be implemented can the system at least seperate it out so that you can't have more than a pre made of 3 unless you play Ranked 5v5? Three max in normal ranked lets people be social as Riot wants us to do but doesn't allow for that group to have too much influence over Ranked teams brought their own element of fun in the old matchmaking system but the way teams were created and built was completely unnecessary and took away from the experience. With the new que system you can keep the 5v5 game style in tact while removing the previous baggage. This would also benefit the high elo players who don't want to go up against an LCS team.
