ive been saving up IP and i have about 7800 and i was gonna wait to get illaoi but id rather just buy someone now. i am thinking about quinn. I see alot of stuff about how she is nerfed and sucks then people saying she is op and snowballs like crazy which i witnessed yesterday when i was leblanc mid and she was top against rumble. she only built maw of malmoritus and some boots and snowballed very hard after getting a kill or two. I underestimated how fast she goes lane to lane aswell. shed push me under tower and then shed be gone into the darkness. then as soon as id come out into the lane shed be back in a instant and id have to run back under the tower XD So is it worth it? and please people who have actually played her comment. And the new her not the old one. For ADC i main Draven i also play ashe and sivir and tristana but draven is just my favorite champion overall in league. So is quinn worth buying? tips on her and potential builds?

It depends on your playstyle... I suggest you to wait, maybe Quinn will be at free week rotation soon. Keep saving that IP. Is better to wait and test the champions and then buy them. I am in the same situation as you...I think, I have almost 70 champions and I don't know who to buy next, so I save the ip, wait for the free rotations, try all champions that I don't own, then buy the ones that I like. Anyway, keep in mind that Quinn has no longer the blind, wich was very important in my opinion.

yeah i have heard a lot about the blind thing. and yeah thats what i usually do. i just wait. i have a lot of the champions too. well every one i was interested in so far but i think i have around 50-60. hopefully she is free soon

5.23 is adding a sorta blind back, which really helps with making her feel like Quinn again

I think she's fun in the current meta... I wouldn't play her as an ADC personally... I like her more mid or in the jungle.

Right now? No. 5.22 Quinn sucks.

5.23 Quinn? Much better, but still, wait until you get a chance to try her out in free rotation first.

Quinn item 1329 play escape from the city. Don't care if I win or lose at that point <3 1300+ MS

Super worth she's a blast to play, dont play her adc though you have to go mid/jg

Top and mid would be the best roles for her, as a jungler you delay her essence reaver, and have a lot of flaws normal junglers don't.

i played quinn before and after work re-work and i will say yes to an extent we quinn players went a little nuts about the re work. i still dont think new quinn is up to par or is better then old quinn with the state of the game the way it is. but riot is still working on her atm. i say wait till things settle then see where quinn falls this season then decide who you should buy.

Quinn is one of the strongest champions in the game right now next to Lucian, the thing that she holds above Lucian is map mobility, and then assassination (not more damage). I think its a worth buy, if you learn her you can easily rise a tier or two just because how much pressure she can exert on the map, WHICH IS KEY IN LOW ELO.

5.22 quinn sucks terribly... is more likely a trash champion you need to roam and splitpushing!?yes i know it doesnt sound like adc duo bottom laner. Dunno much about her new semi blind Q in 5.23 but i doubt if that will replace well the AOE blind and ofc dont forget u have to sucess a hard skillshot(try it vs vayne and you will fail it trust me) while in the old quinn you could free deliver it by hitting a minion near to enemy or in melee type as valor. Terrible nerf just dont buy her imo.
