have the chat box removed from the game and have pings be only form of communication or have pings be removed and have words be only form of communication?

I wouldn't want to remove either, but I feel like pings are more effective

If we HAD to remove 1 i'd remove chat, that said i think both can be useful and also both can be abused. Spam pings are just noise , and you dont want to mute players pings b/c they might grow a brain and ping something useful.

Remove chat box, people spend too much time typing instead of playing the game and focusing.

I'd remove pings. Removing chat would make it feel like I'm playing with a bunch of bots.

Removing pings would break the shit out of assassins. Chat's toxic as fuck and excessive typing, especially at the WORST TIMES, just makes people play worse.

keep pings it transfers infomation quicker. but use headset comms is optimal with pinging.
