Black Cleaver and a Duskblade, that's all it takes for him to oneshot any ADC or midlaner in the game with triple the CC of any Assassin. Thanks again for making damage so out of control Riot

J4 had some use before, but since the rune changes He has been really strong in the right hands. I think this is the root of a lot of champs overtuning though, is this ability to do insane damage with very few items. It just gives too much snowball potential to these champs. Some take 30 mins of play to get equipped, but half the game are over by then or people FF before you can build.
And what does he do after that combo? I Just want his flag atk speed buff to be taken away or the cooldown on his mobility to be nerfed cause hes insane sometimes, I dont care about him oneshotting with little counterplay its him being able to fight / run away afterwards.
