League is not balanced and needs a almost complete rework.

There should be no such thing as "counter picks" or un-viable champions because of the current meta or stuff like that. Just cause i'm riven and someone picks renekton i automatically can't have fun and have to stay under tower? That is not how league or any other game should work.
