The honest reason why people lose games...

GigglesO··11 votes·1,079 views

Nuking the enemy champion levels 1-5 and snowballing has become so vital to win the game, everyone's forgotten you can just farm a lane and not force a bad fight.

The games that I don't lose by the 20minute mark, but still do lose, look something like this

My team starts 1/10, my team procedes to "Farm it out" Team starts getting ahead, and is now 5/11 Fuck yea, we can win the fights. Team is now 6/14

"What happened"

Ummm yea thats because you forgot there is this thing called gold, that you need.

If everyone could just stop forcing bad fights and farm this game would be soooo much easier.

Player negativity this season has been so rampant that I think the whole farm mentality gets to be hard to get into. It used to be that the "never surrender" people would always say "just farm." Now we have way fewer of those people and it's like the strategy completely fell off the face of the planet.

I've gone 0/3 on Teemo consistently in lane after the enemy pressures with many ganks and just play passive at tower. All of a sudden the opponent makes a bad play under turret and I come back from it. In other cases where they aren't going full ham, I get free CS for quite some time. Even if I can never beat that specific laner, I'm going to use the farm on his teammates who obviously will not be farming under tower for over 5 minutes. Could argue that the opponent can roam but I don't see it often in lower elo (people don't know how to snowball a lead).

Wish we had more people prioritizing CS over that risky kill when the enemy still has Exhaust and Flash up.

I think it is so negative because these feast or famine games are absolutely miserable. Its currently the season of stomps.

True. Two things i noticed in my games :

  1. People prefer to coinflip the game at lvl 2 by forcing a kill (and dying in the process) than farming it up from the get go.

  2. People wait to be 0/3 to go def instead of doing it asap from 0/1.

Sometimes with jungle ganks it's pretty difficult to avoid. With minion wave management, it can become even harder if the opponent zones you off or you mistakenly blind push, because it only takes one or two dead minions for that wave to push and effectively cuck you.

Most people from my experience do not "wait" to become defensive, they actually give up after that third death while I am the type to not give up so easily. Champions like Teemo are extremely capable of recovering because at lv6 you become a lot safer. Not every champion has that.

And here I was thinking it was cuz their nexus exploded.

Yes, agreed. This has been a major problem since season 7 and lethality. Most games i play there will be 4 or 5 deaths before I even clear my jungle. Its ridiculous.

It's so frustrating that It makes me not want to play this game anymore. I know people don't want league of farming... but league of feeding is miserable.

I was watching games from way older seasons...2/3ish and the fighting took significantly more time always. This 100 to 0 nonsense wasn't even a thing for the most part.

EDIT: though I have to admit having eve running around with 4 sunfire capes with her 60 second invis was a bit disturbing lol.

GigglesO1 votes

Honestly though I had so much more fun running around the map with 5 warmogs mundo with boots forcing the adc out of fights and having the team 4v4 while I slowly lost my hp than I have had in any recent fights.

"This 100-0 nonsense" is jsut terrible, even if I'm playing chogath with 10 stacks or more I just die really fast. I had a yi deal 2k/second to me through 300 armor... like what?

Now sunfire cape stacking was nerfed for a reason haha.

Yea there are an entire group of champions I refer to as "ticking time bomb" champions. That's because they are champions that all they need are enough stats and they are virtually unstoppable if played with even a little bit of intelligence. Examples: Yi, Kayle, Jax, Fiora, akali, tryndamere, vayne, xin, yasuo.

In reality, all the damage in the game needs to be reduced and tank items need a nerf to go with it so they're not over powered. As a result, tanks will still be tanky, but the rest of the team wont have to worry about dying in less than a second to a single champion.

When you say nerf tank items, all I can think is we need slot efficient tank items... an actual tank tank build is pretty weak. however when you add all those damage modifiers to tank items... like titanic hydra.

NO. I want to fight and lose because I know it's my team's fault.

The most infuriating thing for me is when we manage to win a good fight because of the enemy's mistake or good teamwork, and two people on our team take that to mean they can run around looking for solo kills again.

ppl lose cause they dont think and play as a team everyone is really selfish.. from the team comp to the.. items to lane phase then... the blaming starts and most of the time the team tilt each other so bad at like 10 mins... this is bronze and silver... first no one goes tanks.. or pick a tank champ and dont build tank.. support never buy wards or even buy ward items 2 out of 10 games they would go suppport items... then they go with the new meta quinn... graves... flora.. yi.. regar.. khaz... all these werid picks with no cc... which make them cant really gank in lane phase... then the blame game starts and they tilt each other harder then the other team and start bring up score or blame the master yi for not ganking... but they would never leave there lanes to help him if he got gank in the jg... or have cc to gank set up one in the first place... the community is very selfish... the thing i hate most is they so fast to blame and yell report feeder... and start talking about the there score.... yet they want other to tank for them and the support to feed them kills... its harder to deal with your team as a unit then to beat the other team... and it all start from the champ select... alot of game could be won if they worked together to team push not chase or listen to one person for objectives but everything thinks there right and no one wanna listen to another..... its a sad world... to the point they named it hell... guess the world is hell.

last season its was over powered tank.. to win u had to kill the tank people worked together kill him or be killed this season it more of protect the adc... ppl not about saving other why cause there nothing wrong with there score there doing fine adc cant survive then he sucks that his fault..

Yeah, I went against a Darius as Camille. Being he kinda counters Camille early game, I just farmed and played as safely as possible; only fighting when my jungler came in. Pretty much once I got trinity force (my first full item with Camille) I was able to take Darius on by my self. People need to realize farming it out works... a lot.

when you are behind the enemy will force the fight on you so you lose regardless. and with the amount of mobility+damage that is going around its not that hard to dive a tower

GigglesO1 votes

That is when you are behind, but if you are neutral, like at the start of the game... you should be farming.
