Riot, what exactly are you trying to accomplish with Kennen?

Nerfing the damage of his mobility spell by -15 which he often doesn't even hit enemy champions with while removing the minion damage penalty will just make him insanely overpowered. He is already overpowered and really popular pick and ban in higher elo and if anything, he needs a nerf. He already has decent wave clear with his e+w, why in the world would you give a 52.5% win rate in Plat+ champion such a buff to his waveclear, what the hell is going on in this patch??? BUFFING A 52.8 PLAT+ WINRATE ??? GO HOME RIOT, YOU'RE DRUNK!
