Support is 90% of the bot lane

Which means, if bot lane hard won its likely that support is 90% of the reason they won. But it also means if bot lane hard lost that its likely to be 90% support's fault. Im an ADC main and i feel bad when i get all the credit when i carry because i had good support, but feel even worse when im useless and get flamed because trash support. So next time ur bot lane is feeding, dont throw all the blame on the ADC. Sometimes it really is the ADC's fault and he is trash, but most likely its not.

90% of the time is mostly the ADC's fault. Supports can't save stupidity.

That proves how inexperienced you are in bot lane. All adc's (except lucian) are based off their support.. Unless the person playing the ADC is EXCEPTIONAL good.

When that happens its usually because support is 1 Ashe autorange behind the ADC and being what I call "useless XP soak". Than some ADCs just snap and do crazy shit because they know they should be winning the lane but their supp doesnt support at all.

Support is the playmaker and ADC is the damage. If support doesnt do anything (for shielding supps shields after damage is done and its useless to shield nothing after it was disengaged) than ADC has no opportunity to do damage.

Hardly. I've seen more trash ADCs than trash supports. If the lane fails, it's the ADC's fault because A) Can't follow-up B) Too reckless C) Outplayed D) Can't farm E) Don't ward with their free trinkets

Don't play the ADC role if you aren't willing to accept the blame and want to scapegoat it off to the support.

While I think 90% is bit too much , bot lane is indeed dependent on support. I'd say it depends 75% on the support , how the lane will turn out. They are the ones who make plays , have all the cc and utility etc. Of course if adc is stupid and goes in 1v2 then its surely adc's fault but remember there also supports who do it as well. ADC's have very little damage early-game , you will often see supports doing more damage than adc's early-mid game.

I am not saying losing bot lane is entirely supports fault but **most **of the time it is their fault and it goes same when lane is won.

Eh, both players are capable of feeding, taking advantage of the enemy mistakes to get an advantage, and so on and on...

Who cares, both have a pretty good influence so is it even worth having a figurative [infinity edge] measuring contest?

I shit you not I seen this Vayne (arguably the worst champion in the early game) go 16-0 in a game where her brand "support" with no sight-stone went 0-10. So yeah, no support isn't 90% of bot lane.

Support main here, ADC is my partner in the botlane and whether or not the outcome is good also relies on them being able to press on mistakes, judge situations, follow up on engages, poke, avoid pushing the wave and avoid taking too much damage.

It seems most people here dont get it. What can an adc do early game? Mediocre damage, not much higher or a bit lower than the support. What can the support do in early game? He can do just as much damage as adc while CCing/shielding/healing. And ADC can only follow up on things. So trust me when i say support is 90% of bot lane, even gosu said it

Dying once or twice and blaming the support is one thing but if you lose lane and feed that is on you. Sure they probably did bad too but so did you so i say its 50/50
