What has been done to Kassadin is just unfair. (Please Read) it will make sense

It makes no sense that used to be the champion that you HAD to ban to now if you choose him in a ranked match you might actually get yelled at by team-mates because of how weak he is. Riot took and basically destroyed any potential he ever had, by nerfing his Q and taking away the silence adding a shield that only blocks magic damage, taking his ult(R) the thing that makes him and makes it basically useless. Riot talks about champion diversity but they continue to release new OP champions with all these game changing ults but leave to remain a scrub who isn't even a viable choice for the game. What you should do at least is replace the silence on his Q and the range on his ulr(R) ALL DAY BABY.
