When is it a good time to main supp?
Im in low silver and i usually end up with horrible adc's. is there a point where you will start getting consistently decent adc's to lane with.

Not really, no ;)
ideally always think of your adc as an idiot XD most are. I'm sure it's not until diamond or higher that they get somewhat better but if you have no communication with the person, trying to work with them is super hard

you can main support whenever you'd like, there's going to be shitters in literally every elo, but you, the new aphromoo or wolf or whatever deity you wish to emulate, can overcome these hurdles fairly easily if you just put your mind to it.
