His kit features too many upsides and literally no downsides, you stomp him in lane and somehow he can 3 hit your adc and just get fed form there, The ultimate Ekko has is toxic because it deals so much damage while healing him, the ult should not be dealing that much damage. Reduce the ult's damage or remove it completely
Ekko's ult deals a large amount of damage because it's a highly and easily telegraphed ability. You can literally see his hologram that shows where he will end up and play around it.
I like how the words "unhealthy" have come to mean "different". That is not what "unhealthy" means in this context.
"Unhealthy" means breaking the game to such an extent that the players who play that champion or style will not be able to reintegrate if forced to into the meta. There are actually very few instances of this.
Champions having unique kits is actually very healthy and good for the game. It means that players will have to learn different playstyles in different situations. It means that you can't just autopilot from start to finish every game.
This is just another case of a word being abused so much it has lost all meaning. THAT is unhealthy.
You're a bit late with the ekko hate, it died down a while ago. Now I can't see how he's unfair. He's just like any other assassin. He can crush lanes and snowball, but if that doesn't happen, he basically becomes a minion.
