I feel like this would make it abit of a better item if it also worked off drakes and rift herald and maybe even off scuttle crabs

Thats why if it worked off drakes and herald it would have more usage

I think this item does need some tweaking because nobody ever builds it. But if I was in charge I would make it cost a bit more, make it give a bit more ad and also shorten the cd, then make it need 5 stacks but buffs give it 2 stacks.

They could also make it a choice upgrade so lets say you need 5 stacks and you need to get those stacks by scuts and enemy jg camps and then you recall and you can upgrade it into a warhammer or lethalty dagger (idk the name).

Yeah or like scuttles give 1 stack, drakes and herald give 3 and enemy camps give 2, requiring 5 in total

The numbers rito can do but if they changed it to something like this that would be cool.
