MF Rework/Partial Revert Concept

While Riot intended reworked Miss Fortune's Love Tap to encourage her to switch targets in teamfights (Which was probably unrealistic to begin with), at a cost of her single target DPS, in practice this has just encouraged her to maximize her alpha strike burst as much as possible, first with E max, then lethality Q max, and now with current Duskblade (and all 3 iterations of Duskblade have been a rush item for MF at some point). Thus her play pattern has tended to be assassinish transitioning into an ult bot in mid to late game.

Therefore, to avoid a situation where she has to be significantly nerfed because of her powerful synergy with armor penetration, I would propose a partial revert of her rework as follows (or rather a re-rework that incorporates aspects of her old kit with the QOL changes they made when reworking her)

Base attack damage increased from 46 to 49 Attack Damage Growth Per Level increased from 1 to 2.5

New Passive - Impure Shots

Miss Fortune's basic attacks and abilities apply Impure Shots to enemies, stacking up to 5/6/7/8 times per target (at levels 1/6/11/16). Basic attacks do additional magic damage equivalent to 2.5/3/4/5% AD (1.25/1.5/2.0/2.5% AP) per stack to affected enemies.

Q - Double Up: Active: Miss Fortune fires a shot at a target enemy, which then bounces to hit another unit behind it, dealing physical damage to the first and second target, applying on-hit effects to both.

Physical Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 (+ 100% AD) (+ 60% AP)

Double Up's second shot prioritizes units directly behind the primary target, as well as targets affected by Impure Shots

Double Up's second shot can critically strike based on critical strike chance, dealing 100% × (1 + bonus critical damage) bonus damage. If the first target is killed, the second hit will always critically strike.

W: Passive - Strut: Miss Fortune gains 25 bonus movement speed if she has not taken damage in the last 5 seconds, excluding damage over time. This bonus is increased to a greater amount after another 5 seconds.

Maximum Bonus Movement Speed: 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100

Active - Guns Blazing: Miss Fortune gains bonus attack speed for 4 seconds and brings Strut's passive effect to full power. Attacking enemy Champions affected with Impure Shots while Strut is on cooldown reduces the Cooldown of Strut by 0.5 seconds per attack.

Attack Speed Bonus: 30/35/40/45/50%

E: Make It Rain

Active: Miss Fortune rains down hundreds of bullets onto the target area for 2 seconds, Slow icon slowing and dealing magic damage every 0.25 seconds to units within the area. Every 3 ticks of Make It Rain applies a stack of Impure Shots and applies Impure Shots damage.

「 Magic Damage Per Tick: 10 / 14.375 / 18.75 / 23.125 / 27.5 (+ 15% AP) 」

Slow: 28 / 36 / 44 / 52 / 60%

R: Active: Miss Fortune channels for 3 seconds, firing several waves of bullets in the target direction over the duration, each dealing 50% AD (+ 35% AP) physical damage. Each wave also stacks and applies the damage from Impure Shots,

「 Total Waves: 12 / 14 / 16 」

Primary goal is to maintain the whole idea of MF as a "teamfighting ADC" and push her away from Lethality, which is the primary benefit of adding more magic damage to her kit. Stronger in extended fights with her ramping Impure Shots damage (a heavily underrated aspect of pre rework MF). Runnans will be a core item on her. May fall off against tanks because a lot of her damage will be magic and thus not boosted by Last Whisper, but should be pretty strong throughout the game.

Only thing I would be concerned with in this kit is the sheer amount of damage she could output. As much as I miss impure shots, by putting it back in her kit along with her crit Qs and movement speed from a passive on her W and attack speed and an ultimate that covers the whole team at once...

I would honestly get rid of love tap, move her movement speed passive back to her actual passive, and instead of her Q doing additional damage if it kills the first target, it should give her X amount of extra gold (like Twisted Fate). She's a pirate, and her title is "The Bounty Hunter"; she should have something gold-relevant in her kit. This would also allow them to nerf her ultimate's strength, because in exchange she'd make so much money from her Q getting her extra gold that she'd be able to build items to enhance her damage in general.

She had the crit Qs before her rework actually, but taking away Love Tap is a pretty significant nerf in lane.

General
    Visual Update
New models and textures for all skins
        New animations
        New sound effects
Strut.png Strut
Removed: Falling off upon taking damage over time
Double Up.png Double Up
Secondary target selection priority order updated
New Effect: If the primary target dies the secondary one takes 50% bonus damage (marked by critical strike animation)

Rework was v5.22

I kind of like the idea of getting gold from using Q successfully, but Strut was considered really useless as a passive before the rework. As for her damage it's mitigated by the fact that a huge portion of it is magic so not affected by armor pen, she's still not super mobile (and now that she's not bursty it's more of a weakness), and since the bonus damage takes time to scale it may not be as overbearing unless she gets ahead? Her ult damage is also pretty nerfed given that she won't be able to build as much raw AD (even though she gets more from her kit) and she needs to have stacks of Impure Shots before it starts doing the same kind of damage it used to do.
