For God sakes Riot nerf Leblanc already

Here's a list of things to be changed 1: Make her damn chain hitbox accurate I know damn well I dodge the animation to think that I dodge it only to be hit by it anyway

2: Reduce her chain length or at least show how much distance i need to break out of it even if I flashed I'm still caught in it

3: Give her some punishment for her mobility there is like no cons to it at all give her the zed ult treatment or at least to make leblanc players have to take risk with her mobility and to make smart plays with it rather than just w in qr on squishy and get out with full hp

4: Give her more counter play, she has too much point and clickness in her kit make her q a skill shot so that it makes a fair fight between champs

5: Increased cd on her ult it has a 40/32/24 cd throughout the game this is a very low cd on her ult and while its good thats its relatively low to do her combos it basically has no mana cost whatsoever

This champion is the literal meaning of bullshit to play against I'm totally fine with her doing large amounts of damage because shes a assassin and all but should require more counter play and more decisive strategy. Take Talon for instance he has to go all in the enemy backline but he leaves himself exposed because he has no escapes a good talon knows when the moment is right to go in and take the target down and to have a plan on escaping. Whereas we have Leblanc who can just w or r in or out whenever she feels like without no drawbacks.
