Yes. She is a new champion.

She will either go on PBE in a few days, or the next PBE cycle. I'm gonna assume in a few days, so expect a trailer or something.

Will most likely appear on the PBE tomorrow as the next cycle starts then. They should give a full reveal on her tomorrow as well.
