Why are new skins put in the shop as ''unavabile'' ? Like the pool party stuff
Why not just dont put them in the shop till they are available.. I got my hopes up to buy fiora pool party today

My guess would be that putting them into the shop early gives the skins more visibility as well as potentially building hype around them.
They can only add content during the patches, which happen once every two weeks (saying bi-weekly tends to cause some confusion) But they don't want the skins to go on sale until the rest of the pool party is ready to happen. It's the same reason why the minions have gotten their pool party skins on early.
