Skin selection interface

On champions selection screen, the interface for picking a skin isnt the best, Isntead of the carousel, it should be a pop-up window like the runes one. Some champions have so many skins, just moving around the carousel after editing runes isnt the best. Or even better, only show the skins you have, instead of all skins the champion have. Its not like you are going to buy a skin during champion selection.
