I said this before the patch and I'll say it again
Making scuttle such an important objective WILL cause your carry roles to snipe it away from junglers, or they'll just donate it to them.
So what do we see currently? Mid laners are running with 
to grab scuttle grab, as it gives a fat load of gold and xp while leaving their support junglers behind.
The intended purpose was okayish I guess, but by opening this possibility we also opened another opportunity for carries to cheat the scaling system.
