why hasnt flash been nerfed. it is literally the most used summoner spell ever. 5 minute cd? yeah real good. everytime i want to engage or chase they have flash. every single time man flash flash flash pls nerf this summoner spell into oblivion it is so overused and i think that other summoner spells deserve some love. i am tired of people flashing away or at me every 5 min. its so broken thats why everyone uses it. pls nerf make the cd 10 min and have a 3 second channel time.

Because it's too intrinsically linked to the game. Champions in League are balanced around Flash's existence. If Riot nerfed it, every immobile champion would instantly become cannon fodder and would need massive compensation buffs.

Not to mention, touching Flash would require Riot to basically rework the game because of the aforementioned reason.
