Vladimir Is REALLY strong now it seems

No mana, after it was so heavily gutted.

Troll pool, enough said.

item 3152 Gives him the sustain of a god.

item 3065 More hp. MR. And even more sustain.

Can easily burst squishies if fed or do nice AOE damage to help his team win a fight.

If top he can bully any melee bruisers with no gap closer. If mid he can sustain damage and stay safe till item 3145 and will never go OOM.

I played a ranked game against one too. He was heavily fed but it took a WW ult constantly to win us the game. And that is truely the amount of CC needed to stop him from running around like a monster. Never dying.

Yeah he is also not a fun champ to have to deal with since he has one of those annoying sustain AoE kits and his lack of CC is fairly well covered up by Crystal scepter.
