Kog'Maw in 6.9

So in patch 6.9 you guys reworked rageblade. You added an effect that triggers on hit effects twice every other auto attack. This seems like a very good item for most champions that rely on attack speed. However, for Kog'Maw that's not the case. Rageblade was his main source of damage and attack speed. But because there now is only 6 stacks instead of 8, you get 16% less attack speed at max stacks. Now onto the Guinsoo's rage passive. What used too be AOE damage at max stacks now is every other auto attack triggers 2 on hit effects. The removal of AOE damage has significantly weakened Kog's role in teamfights now. That's just rageblade alone. Now onto the new jg item. On old kog you pretty much had the same build as yi. Get devour/sated ASAP. But now Kog'Maw jg is not as powerful. You took away the bonus magic damage on hit and added a %max health damage. This has pretty much killed any chance of playing Kog'Maw in the jungle. He just doesn't compare in terms of raw damage output to other adc's and junglers. He's too squishy of a champion to be effective anywhere else. I know you wont revert the rageblade changes. But can you at least consider buffing Kog'Maw to make him a viable option now?

Clearly you're the best Kog NA, so you'll find a way :P , In my opinion, I suspect that his early game damage will be lower, as you said just guinsoo's isn't enough to do the same amount of damage, as well as AOE damage. But when you have Guinsoo's, Runaans, and Bork, I believe you'll start to do even more damage.

The hard part is, with the massive price increase on rageblade, It's not as viable as a core item anymore. It gave kog the neccesarry ad and ap he needed too get that early game boost. Now instead of being not that good early game, decent mid game, and then the late game god, he's very weak early and even more so mid game and his late game is much harder too reach. 5.0 attack speed requires an extra item and around 2000 more gold than it did in 6.8

Now kog gets a devourer proc without going jungle, his on hit late game will be terrifying. So what he isnt supposed to be early game anways

But the AOE damage on rageblade made it a really good item to build on him for teamfights and clearing minion waves.

I think it will go how you're saying, it's definitely making him much weaker early and mid, but late game....dear jeebus.

He does have a point the games pacing in this season is a lot faster and is kog'maw jungle even a thing???

With the rageblade change you need more gold to reach your signature 5.0 attack speed. This makes it harder since riot is really making the game length shorter and shorter rather than longer. And Kog'Maw jungle was totally a thing. It wasn't easy, but it was totally a thing.
