Ok, so what is wrong with the turrets?

I dont mean to ask about stuff like "Why are they made of butter".

Why is their target priority acting up? Did I missed a patch note or am I experiencing turret bugs every second game?

Had cases where the turret will keep focusing the minion that is already taking its agro even if an enemy champion attacks a friendly champion under its range.

Had so many cases lately when my turret will go like: "Oh! An enemy champ attacking one of my champs and it is in range!" "Hello there mr. Enemy Vayne Sir! Ill be right with you just let me finish of this pesky minion... One more... There!" "Now! ... Oh his gone... Nvm my champ is s-shit"

Seriously: Am I missing something or was this always like this just i haven't noticed before?

Vayne is perhaps a bad example for this because she can and will roll out of turret range then come back. However, turrets are doing their jobs, they're just weaker and have been nerfed recently I think, and with the new second dragon buff, they do even less damage. They're really weak right now. Also, most people are smart enough to poke then back off out of range then poke again. If you might have forgotten the turret boundaries, join a bot game or make a custom game to see them. Also, Vayne can be kind of bursty and kill you before turret shots matter.

It is not just Vayne,

I did the same with Braum, My ADC MF was chasing a Leona under turret, she started taking agro as soon as she went in under range while atacking. Leona tried to walk up the lane at which point Lucian showed up, used heal and dashed in under the turret range. Now miss backs up taking turret agro and being attacked by Lucian, I am between them and in right next to the turret; I hit Lucian with Q and She got hit twice by the turret , one hit was already traveling but the next one should have been on me.

Turret aggro doesn't swap, she'd have to leave turret range for you to get the aggro.
