There is literally no reason to pick him without a Xayah in the team, because his support power is really just a joke...

He is around a 45% Winrate ever since release, and he even got nerfed.

Rakan is such a fun champ to play, its a shame he is that weak and has to be kept in that pathetic state, because otherwise Xayah becomes OP...

Just get rid of the stupid "They get better when played together" and buff Rakan so he is a viable pick without a Xayah!

SAo you claim that Rakan by himself is in a fine spot by now? And that hes not behing hold down because otherwise he would make Xayah just plain broken?

Alot of people on the boards said this would be a problem and they shouldnt make a duo champ for this reason theyd either be horrible on there own or broken together. But people still pushed and said they wanted one.

To be honest. Rakan isnt bad by himself. He's game changing already, the only thing Xayah really provides is extra survivability. Play some games without Xayah and you'll find he's fine on his own. It's mainly just due to the fact that people started playing Rakan with Xayah being present therefore got used to the extra range. He really doesnt need any range increase for the normal e (if anything they should increase it by 50-100 units) They do need to nerf the range to Xayah tho. Neither of them are bad on their own, it's just people got used to one being a crutch for the other
