You can't call unsealed spellbook overpowered when it's a dumpster for champs never given a rune

Seriously, look at who uses spellbook. Champions like Vlad, who were never given a proper replacement to the mastery the used before, or malzahar. Calling this rune overpowered simply because of play rate is not fair, as it is the only option left to the forgotten champions.
