Thinking on it can someone explain

Exactly why someone would pick Ap Malphite Jungle when Evelynn does the exact same s#!t but arguable better since she is built for those massive ap burst on caught out targets and groups. Because I've seen multiple Ap Malphites all do terrible but I wanna focus on why would someone do him Jungle when Evelynn does the same exact thing as him but better. She clears faster,has most burst to her kit,a camo,advanced regen when in her passive,Max HP damage on E,and her ult is more flexible since I can do damage with it comparable to Malphite ult but I also escape with it. Like the only reason you might pick Malphite is for his Ult getting a lot of the enemy team like 3 or more but that's unlikely since they will never be that clustered together unless they really have no clue how to avoid his ult in the first place.Like if Malphite fails an engage he has to try to walk away but with Eve I can ult away if it's that bad and then camo and regen to a high enough health to go again. So yeah I'm having trouble seeing why people are going Ap Malphite at least in the Jungle when Evelynn exist and even scales better in game and in elo.
