NeoN Pop/Start Alt Look

If you haven't already, take a look at the new pop/star skins K/DA. That said during the MV you see all the new skins with a neon look at some point so I thought, my not make a it toggle appearance similar to DJ Sona? It fits really well with the overall concept. Pop/Stars and a quick change, anyways I for one would love to see something like this get implemented into the game. We only have a few "transforming" skin. (MF and Sona if I recall) and these one would be an awesome addition
