Zed Glory Days are Back

So it seems, that according to this board (win rate issues aside)...

ZED IS BACK!

Now is a good time to pick him up again and absolutely DESTROY Silvers/Bronze players.

He has some MINOR weaknesses. He can be majorly counterpicked from at least 3 lanes (shield supports, immobile mages played by competent players, split push duelist tops with TP to cockblock the split push). Duskblade was nerfed and he has to land a wonky skill shot with 2 Qs tied to a W with 20+ second cooldowns. And he falls off a cliff once people start grouping up.

But who cares right?

Ninja Tabi is nerfed. R is god mode because its a few seconds faster with a slightly higher percentage... Q double hits CHUNK (because Zeds always land 2 Qs very very often), and insane mobility and outplays. And the biggest thing is...

NO MANA COSTS! OH MY GOD SO BROKEN NO MANA COSTS! ... ENERGY IS INFINITE? OMG!

Zed also takes absolutely no skill. He's a literal... Press R to Win (and get out) champ.

So did I get this right?

Now is the time to spam Zed and get out of Elo Hell?
