well, but still it's easy to be dodge though , and you have time to go a little bit back, it's very good to jump on team fights but still, kinda slow

It's not meant to be a casual damage tool, it's pretty much entirely for personal utility anytime before mid-late game, the only time where you'll use it for damage is in teamfights because you have a much higher chance of landing it.
