Timethief492 votesYou have to think of them as trophys of tournaments that already happend. You cant earn them anymore, it was before your time. Making them earnable again would be a punch in the face for all those who have earned them in their seasons.

because victorious is tied to ranked rewards for gold and above only. Championship skins are seasonal skin like pool party or harrowing. They return every year for worlds.
Sukishoo1 votesYeah, and the older skins that were limited (some harrowing and Championship Riven) they waited at least four years before they brought them back but gave previous owners a little extra, but even then they will never do it for Victorious skins
There was once a survey that asked what people thought on re-releasing those and it was met with massive negative feedback so yeah, it's not gonna happen anytime soon.
Timethief491 votesAll Championship skins except of cs riven are legacy, meaning they are ment to return evey worlds. They only fucked Up with the First (riven) when categorizing her as Limited. Victorious skins are bound to their seasons, cs skins are only bound to big tournaments that return every year.
