flash is one of the most broken summoner spells in the game.it forces everyone and their mother to take.i try to play support without flash and take .In team builder....do you know how bad that is? team builders are always looking for a support people are so stuck in the mindset of Everyone taking Flash that they would Kick a support you heard me right Kick the support from team builder.this spell grossly takes up every champion's power budget and champions who are ready have godly mobility have ungodly mobility .it takes so much power from a champion that instead of just giving them some range they are forced to use it or be less effective .Riot why do you let this spell stay in the game?if riot removed this item there would be more room in every immobile champions budget to let them truly have the power to match their immobility.Flash is truly the biggest crutch this game has.

instead of removing it entirely, id rather see it split up.

right now its too versatile for any situation.

i wish theyd replace it with a version of summoner 32 that has been balanced around summoners rift, just to make it less reliable and only specifically for enage purposes.

and then they could introduce items like the sword from blackmarket brawlers that executed a flash backwards away from the enemy. for people who are specifically looking for an escape.

the problem with flash is that the game has been entirely balanced around almost everyone picking it up. at this point it would practically impossible to outright remove it without severely fucking up champion balance. but i think its functionality could be replaced by fracturing the summoner into multiple separate item actives or summoners that recreate part of its uses. and these abilities would be easier to balance against other summoners as theyre less reliable in every situation and just useful for specific purposes.

snowball for engage. a backwards dash/jump on items to create the escape effect, and maybe even an item that creates something similar to a bard tunnel to skip walls.
