Does red side have more minions?

So I made a custom game to test out a champion and Spent the entire time mid lane

meanwhile top and bot s just a minion fest after some time, I noticed that the red minions were slowly pushing to the towers is that normal? my blue minions never took a single tower and the red minions got to the inhibitor turrets

Short answer no there are 110 minion every 10 minutes

the reason one side pushes hard is because of minion targeting priorities and the random intial pathing. if you watch a line of minions walking to lane occasionally you will see one of them sidestep slightly which is the pathing i'm talking about. When that happens it means that the opposing minions will target eachother differently resulting in one side killing the other faster and pushing.

bummer, is this suppose to be intentional?

I noticed that as well. They get the same number of minions but I think the difference is in the position of the minions when they get to lane. Something like red caster minions being able to get into shooting lines faster than blue, something small like that. Just a guess though.

I think it is probably not intentional but an artifact of having non-straight lanes. Assuming Riot is aware of the issue, they may see it as a minor issue due to the presumed presence of champions in the lane for most of the game.
