Score =/= No Reports

Just got out of a ranked game where the top lane Gnar on my team, got extremely fed, afked at base because we didn't group mid and they took tier 1 tower, then proceded to ignore teamfights for the rest of the game all because a support got tower dove bot lane. An enemy looked at his score and said "you have no reason to complain. Look at his score." At this point his score was 7/8/13, and my score (as a support braum) was 4/5/27. He kept yelling at me saying "Why don't you 1v1 fizz more bot lane! Maybe that'll help!" As I tried to explain that I can't do anything because I have no damage and that I was there to clear the wave a bit so we didnt lose the entire lane of towers, he proceded to yell and complain saying that I shouldn't even try to attack them because ill just die. Then after that he proceded to avoid team fights and spllit push empty lanes only to get ganked around the enemy's blue buff. I almost got demoted because of this guy.

How do people think this is ok? You can do all the fights you want and get all the kills you want, but you can't not be reported for flaming and yelling.
