Best rune/runes on PBE

Hello everyone I made this discussion to talk about the new runes. So far trying out some of them I had the most success and fun with Kleptomancy in the Inspiration tree.

I was playing on botlane both as Support and ADC(APC).

The items I got using the new rune were these:

X2 X1 X1 X7 (mana potion) X 4 X 1 and If I did not get consumable I got a consumable gold pouch which gives around 30-80 free gold. The end result was a bunch of consumables keeping me alive on lane, giving enough mana not to go home and about + 500 free gold. The only reason I did not get more items because my inventory was full.

This rune is incredibly easy to use . If you hit an enemy with a spell your next basic attack on them will reward you. It is on 5-10 second CD.

I tried out all the other major mage runes as well but nothing seemed useful on Veigar.

I think Kleptomancy is awesome if you dont mind giving up early game power for exchange for a faster late game.

Personally I like utility more then pure damage. It makes the game way more interesting.

What do you guys think? Which rune you like the most?
