Seriously, I have never beat a Darius in lane. I fight, he wins, I farm, he wins, I stay back, he fking tower dives and wins. In a 1v1 (no jungler interference) how does one beat or even contest a Darius in lane??

Hobbsgoblin2 votesThe update expanded the counterplay against darius, either get out of his Q or stick close to him. Avoid letting him get 5 stacks on you so that you don't give him the power spike. Consider buying Gnar, I usually have trouble playing against Darius but as Gnar is on free week my friend suggested using Gnar and I just completely beat him down, when he would pull me and wind up his Q I just used Gnar's jump to escape it completely you harass witrh your own Q and whenever you go MegaGnar you engage and will generally deal more damage in the trade than him because half the health hes going to hit is the bonus health from mega form.

Only Play Darius1 votesYou don't. You let him shove the lane and wait for a gank which completely fucks him over since he has no way of escaping or surviving it. Second gank now he's feeding GG because he is useless outside of lane.
