What is the best way to spend RP?

I have quite a bit of rp right now, don't know what I should do with it I want to try to buy all the champions, but I seriously don't know what the hell to do with 3500 rp.

If you don't know, don't spend it yet. There are regular sales, there are early sales (any non-legacy/limited content skin goes on sale 4-6 months after release), during Worlds and possibly some other events they may have bonuses to give you additional content with your purchase.

Basically just hold onto it until a skin you really want comes along, and waiting for a sale is better. You can buy Chests and Mystery Skins if you like the gamble, but odds are you don't get a specific item you're looking for.

Try to bribe your teammates into not feeding by gifting skins.

If you already own all the champs, spending it on IP boosts dont hurt, especially if you're doing a winning streak. Because then you can save the bonus IP for champ shards to get new champs for 5100IP instead of 7200-6300. also gives you blue essence for mastery tokens if you want them

That is a pretty good idea too, the only thing is, I have 55 champs to unlock.
