Holy Crap...I haven't played much League since preseason because i am working and have college etc. BUT HOLY this game is so trash right now. From turrets dieing in one hit to getting one shot from EVERY CHAMP IN THE GAME, what have i come back to? The rune systems somehow made champs have even more burst, there is no counterplay to anything these days. I guess the only reason i will still play is to watch esports...otherwise, I am sick of League haha.
The counterplay is watch yourself die under turret while they get away scott free because 'you're supposed to protect the turret not the turret protect you' so the strategy is one-fold....harrass and trade or feed. Its one of those options depending on your success or not. Nice "strategy" there rito. The turret dives nowadays are complete jokes compared to how it used to be but the call of duty/counterstrike players wanted faster matches. So now, the snowballing is on an abysmal level and I couldn't even get the 12k gold quest in SR (I luckily got it in ARAM of all places somehow)...
Not to mention Turrets don't matter anymore.
