Thats what she gets for being overpowered for atleast two god damn seasons. Seriously though she was a stupid generalist doing too many things at once. Lane bully, long range, utility and cc with traps, escape with net, wave clear / poke with q, insane crits with headshots, and a lategame dps carry. She is still a lane bully, but atleast now she has some kind of weakness, which is lower attack speed than other ad carries.Pre nerf cait had no weaknesses, and was a strong and safe pick in any situation no matter what. You could blind pick Cait every single game and you wouldn't go wrong with it.

Caitlyn's only real problem is her range. She's going to have to pay a mighty high price in order to keep that range over 600 units.
Agreed, I thought that she was actually pretty fair after the AS buff.. I really wonder how the data looked like in the eyes of the balancing team because they have already made an effort to buff other ADC's and seeing how things look like right now it's very possible that crit itemization needs additional work.. So why weren't they just happy with putting her in the "decently strong" category but insisted on making her "rather weak".
Vayne gets buffed while Cait gets nerfed. All before Worlds. Conspiracy? I think not folks.
So this patch they nerfed her Q's passthrough damage and her W base damage and scaling. The Q nerf is basically nothing, it's the same thing they did with Zed Q, very justified. W nerf is basically nothing lol 5 less damage at lv1.
Well the hype for pulsefire cait has passed so time to nerf to the ground xD
